Price Match Policy
Wayside Sewings' policy is to match written quotes for current model machines from local area vendors. The quote must be for a new machine, un-opened, not a floor model, classroom or show demo machine. The price match will be based on the same set of services and machine as the written quote. We match for sewing machine dealers within a reasonable service area/distance of the customers home.
Note: the brands carried by Wayside Sewing, with the exception of Singer, DO NOT allow Authorized dealers to sell machines on-line, or ship a machine to a customer. Any on-line purchase of these brands is considered a used machine and does not include a service warranty or training and is considered an open box machine.
We will not match any quote that is outside of our contractual obligations (for example a dealer selling below the contractual minimum allowable sale price as stated by the sewing machine manufacturers). If we are unable to meet a written quote we will make every attempt to offer an in stock like model machine to match the quote. Quotes must be from within the past 14 days to be considered; special financing and promotional gifts specific to a show or dated promotion may not be matched, depending on the promo conditions and time frame of the offer.
Trade-up Program
You invest a lot in your new sewing machine so we want to help you protect your investment. Within the first year, if you decide that you need more machine to do all you want, then we want to help you trade-up to the machine of your dreams. Bring in your current machine/manuals/accessories, purchased from Wayside Sewing in the past twelve months, and we'll give you the amount your paid for the machine (minus tax, sorry the state has to keep that) off of the list price of a new machine!
